Digital products and credits
ARABAI does not currently accept payments. If future digital products or AI credit balances are launched, delivered credits, downloadable files, or digital access may be non-refundable after successful delivery.
Pricing must be visible before checkout
Before any paid launch, the product name, what the buyer receives, whether it is a one-time payment or subscription, and the exact price must be shown clearly on the sales page or checkout page.
No Refunds after delivery
No Refunds apply after successful delivery of digital credits, unlocked access, downloadable packs, or any completed digital fulfillment.
Duplicate charges or technical errors
If you are charged more than once for the same order, or if ARABAI clearly fails to deliver the purchased balance or digital item, contact support for review and correction.
Future subscriptions
If ARABAI later opens subscriptions, the subscription terms, renewal timing, cancellation rules, and whether any partial refund is possible will be stated on the checkout page before purchase.
Before paid launch
If a product is still marked coming soon, no real payment should be collected for it until checkout, delivery flow, and support contact details are fully live.
